did a scrumptious late Thanksgiving meal today – turkey and all the trimmings. The trick with these sorts of meals is getting everything to the table at just the right time and at the right temperature. With a small oven and a large turkey, this is always going to be a logistical challenge, but Jeannette passed with flying colours. Not only that, but for the dessert she had made a maple cream pie and
a brownie cake (see illustration). I pre-emptively ran for an hour this morning but I suspect I am going to have to run for quite a few mornings more this week to work it all off. Thank you, Jeannette, Lichfield and Clover!
